1. Leather Spiral Cutting Machine
To weave leather, you will need long continuous laces. This machine allows this in the desired width.
There is a very precise mechanical link between the rotation of the skin on the cutting table and the cutting width of the lace. This is an absolute requirement to guarantee a continual precise width of the lace.
Depending on the type of leather to cut, there are 3 different versions, each with two possible sizes of cutting table: Standard 104 cms and optionally 150 cms. Tell us which leather you want to process and we will inform you the best choice.
Version I (SMS)

Specially developed to cut hard leathers or leathers with a minimum of stiffness.

Vegetal or semi-chrome tanned leathers from 0.5 to 8 mm thickness.

Cutting widths from 2 to 10 mm standard. Other widths in option.

The cutting device uses industrial blades.

Cutting speed: adjustable from 10 to 150 meters/minute
Version II (SMR-II)

The cutting device is our bestseller. This machine covers a wide range of leathers from stiff to soft.

Leather thicknesses going from 0.3 mm to 3 mm

Cutting widths from 2 to 10 mm standard. Other widths in option.

Cutting device is a rotative knife and a hardmetal counterknife.

Cutting speed: adjustable from 10 to 150 meters/minute.

Version III (SMR-III)
Same as Version II, except that the machine is equipped with special devices allowing to cut also the most soft leathers as nappa, suede, etc.
2. Joining, spooling and measuring Machines (LME)
After the spiral cutting machine, you get laces of different lengths. The weaving machine needs spools having all the same strap length. Therefore this LME machine will join perfectly the ends of the laces, it will spool the exact quantity of meters, to be programmed on the measuring device.
3. Leather Strap Skiving Machine (REF)
This machine is specially developed for strap edge skiving at very high speed and with very high precision. The position of the knife is controlled electronically and the sharpening of the knife is done with a diamand grinding wheel.
To obtain a nice weft for many woven leather patterns, it is absolutely essential to use perfectly skived straps.
The same machine can also skive over the whole width of the strap (split) in order to get a uniform thickness.
4. Electronic Weaving Machine (KDF-12)
This machine is the result of over 50 years expertise in leather weaving machinery. It contains several specific systems to improve the production output and the quality of the product, systems which are exclusively required for successful weaving of leather and similar materials.
The machine is computerized and can weave more than 1000 different patterns. Therefore, it has 8 independent needle frames and automatic exchange of 4 slide straps. Designs with laces’ crossing and holes are also possible.
The machine is fully automated and extremely friendly in use. Low grade leathers can be used as well as skins with faults, as once cut into straps and woven they will loose all defects and look as nice as if made from high grade leather.

4. Round Leather Strap Making Machines

Long continuous square laces, cut on our spiral cutting machines, can be turned into a perfectly round lace.

The lace is pulled through a tube-knife turning at very high speed

Type FRS

Specially developed for the production of fine round leather laces with diameters between 1,5 and 2 mm.

On this machine the laces are rolled under pressure to obtain a round shape.

Two straps are processed at the same time.

5. Automatic Line for dyeing, drying and embossing of leather laces
​
This machine has two separate lines which work entirely independently. Natural leather laces are dyed in the desired colour, dried in a hot air tunnel and eventually embossed by pressure between heated wheels. At the same time, in the second line, another lace can be polished and again dried. Both lines are multifunction which offers a maximum of flexibility.
